SESAP 11Surgical Education and Self-Assessment ProgramThe Surgical Education and Self-Assessment Program (SESAP) has been a premier educational resource for practicing surgeons and surgical residents for the past 33 years. Program consists of 650 Multiple Choice Items (MCIs) with discussions and references to the current literature in 17 content areas of interest to general surgeons. Program materials are furnished in CD-ROM format. In the 11th edition, the 17 content domains mirror the American Board of Surgery curriculum for recertification in surgery. SESAP 11 offers participants a unique opportunity to conveniently assess and enhance their cognitive knowledge. Strengths and weaknesses in cognitive knowledge relating to the various content domains can be readily ascertained by the participant and the critiques and references used in the learning process.
